Williams and AME to Host Workplace Organization Event.

In cooperation with Williams Furnace Company, The Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME) will present a one day training event entitled, "6S, Visual Management & Standard Work" on Thursday, October 8th, 2009. The event will be hosted by Williams at their corporate offices and manufacturing facility in Colton, CA and is scheduled to begin at 8:00 am. The presentation will focus on 6S organization and workflow principles along with characteristics of the Visual Workplace. Following the presentation there will be a site tour of Williams to review their applications of 6S, Visual Management and Standard Work principles.
